Session planning, standard color/exposure/crop editing, the specified number of high-resolution edited JPEGs, and personal printing and sharing permission.
Discussed before you book
Additional travel; parking, permits, studio or venue rental; expanded scope or coverage; extensive retouching; and applicable tax may be additional. Your quote identifies the agreed costs before you commit. RAW files, copyright transfer, and commercial licensing are not included in the standard packages.

Sports & Action photography centered on athletes, movement, and performance—not a particular sport or backdrop.
Inquire about athlete portraits, training, competition, teams, or event coverage. Share the sport, venue, date, and how you plan to use the images; I’ll confirm whether I’m the right fit and agree on the scope before booking.
My current portfolio features snow sports and climbing. Those are examples of the work, not the only projects you can ask about.
Before you inquire
What does the price include?
The time, participants, location allowance, and edited-image count shown on your package, plus planning, standard editing, high-resolution JPEG delivery, and personal printing and sharing permission.
What might cost extra?
Additional travel, parking, permits, venue or studio rental, expanded coverage, extensive retouching, and applicable tax. I’ll identify agreed additional costs in the written quote before booking.
How do we choose the location?
Tell me the setting you prefer and any access needs. I’ll help work through light, timing, permission, and suitability. The listed location or venue allowance does not include every possible access fee.
Can a business, team, or sponsor use the images?
The standard packages include personal printing and sharing permission. Tell me about any business, team, sponsor, advertising, or other commercial use so the quote can specify the appropriate permissions. Commercial licensing and copyright transfer are not included in the standard packages.
How is a session confirmed?
Send an inquiry, then I’ll reply to discuss availability and your written quote. The scope, deliverables, timing, and booking terms are agreed before a date is reserved. An inquiry alone is not a booking.
