Privacy notice

Information you provide

When you use the inquiry form, you provide your name, email address, photography interests, optional date or timeframe, and the details you choose to include. Email inquiries contain the information you send directly. Please do not include payment-card information, identity documents, or other sensitive information in an inquiry.

How inquiries are used

I use inquiry details to reply, discuss availability and quotes, and plan photography services. Form responses are stored through WordPress and sent to my business email inbox. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter, reserve a date, or place a print order.

Website services and technical information

The website uses WordPress.com and Jetpack services provided by Automattic. These services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, requests, and cookies for hosting, security, functionality, and measurement, depending on the services in use. See Automattic’s notice for visitors to its users’ sites for details. My business email is handled through Gmail.

Photographs and external links

Portfolio photographs are displayed with permission. Usage and any future portfolio permissions for a commissioned session are discussed separately from the inquiry form. Links to Instagram, Facebook, and other external websites lead to services with their own privacy practices.

Questions or requests

To ask about information you have provided, correct an inquiry, request deletion, or raise a concern about a displayed photograph, email cdorrphoto@gmail.com. I may need to confirm that a request relates to you. Any information that must be retained for an applicable legal or recordkeeping obligation may not be removable immediately.

Print checkout is not currently offered. This notice will be reviewed when new ordering, delivery, or marketing services are introduced.
